IMPORTANT Notes about Order tracking:
Prepac ships orders using a UPS freight program called Trade Direct. Each day orders are picked and shipped to the UPS Hub that is closest to the final destination. Hubs are located in Blaine, Washington; Chicago, IL and Harrisburg, PA. In most cases this allows us to bypass at least one UPS Shipping Zone, which gets our products to their final destination quicker with less damage (fewer depots means less handling).

Due to this program order tracking updates are not available until the products reach the major hub. This may take up to 5 business days. When your order first ships it is normal to see the following:

Once the order reaches the Hub, the tracking is updated and a new scheduled delivery date is indicated.
